Ephraim Prifer, Was born in Romania. A noble, educated, wise, gentle man, a man of justice with a Huge love for music, the son of a Holocaust survivor who was a highly acclaimed musician in Romania. Ephraim left the world - prematurely despite He was a perfectly healthy man.
